In particular, Vinpearl Long Beach villas project was implemented later but completed and put into operation in April 2017. The total value of the volume was about 1,000 billion VND. Investors have been notified by the Department of Construction to be eligible to enter into business with 200 villas with about 600 rooms and signed a sales contract of 105/200 villas. Currently, the project has been operating with an average occupancy rate of about 65%. The Duyen Ha high-class resort project has a total construction value of about VND 1,600 billion.

In addition, there are 2 projects going into exploitation phase 1 and building phase 2, including: Riviera Residences & Resort and Fusion Maia Nha Trang Resort; 4 projects came into operation in phase 1 and not yet built phase 2, including: The Anam, Bien Dong Resort, Resort and Golden Peak Hotel in Nha Trang, Dinh Vang Tourist Area – Cam Ranh. 25 projects are under construction, 8 projects are in the process of compensation and site clearance … Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Loan said that in this resort there are resorts with revenue of up to 6-7 billion VND / month. The accommodation rooms have been almost fully booked for a long time.

From a deserted land, the Northern Cam Ranh Peninsula tourist area has become an attractive address for investors in tourism, now a place for visitors to cross.
